Chris Spado joined CDPHP® Fitness ConnectSM at the Ciccotti Center on August 2nd, 2021 after a friend explained that anyone can be a member of the Center. After taking a tour Chris joined with the goal improve his back issues, gain flexibility and mobility.
For those students who cannot get enough basketball. The CDPHP® Fitness ConnectSM at the Ciccotti Center Basketball program focuses on recreational play. Our goal is to teach each player about the game and provide them with equal amounts of playing time while having FUN!
