Aqua Qi Gong

The 5 Element practice can be done standing or seated. We try to instill in each player to think of using “Gentle Resistance” when doing each practice. (Think of moving under water, pushing and pulling with the water’s resistance). In our Aqua Qi-Gong classes, we have the opportunity to use the resistance of the water to enhance our muscle development!
