An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until June 7, 2023

In these six weeks of classes, learn about the
importance of exercise in preventing falls.
Join Tori (Fitness Specialist) and Trish (yoga teacher)
twice a week to work on improving strength,
coordination, and balance.
Along with guided exercise, sessions will include:
• Breathing techniques
• Guided meditation
Guided strength and balance-focused exercises
• Yoga postures
