Your Safety Is Our Priority

The health and well-being of our members is our number one priority.  We are taking a calculated and phased approach with the reopening of CDPHP® Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Centerwith your safety in mind.

As a certified medical fitness facility, we already adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols that exceed industry standards.  Below is an outline of the other steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our members and the community.

Safety Protocols

• The facility will be open only to members and program registered participants
• Extra hand sanitizer stations will be in place throughout

Face Covering Protocols

Effective immediately, we have adjusted our face covering policy to align with CDC recommendations and the Governor’s announcement. Please note that face-covering recommendations are applicable to fully vaccinated members only. In general, people are considered fully vaccinated:

• 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
• 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
• If you don’t meet these requirements, regardless of your age, you are NOT fully vaccinated. Keep taking all precautions until you are fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated members will not be required to show their vaccination cards. We trust our members and our community to execute integrity and honesty as we uphold our goal to provide a safe environment for all members and staff.
• Any individual who is not fully vaccinated over the age of two and is able to medically tolerate a face covering are recommended to continue to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering (a mask or cloth face covering) when in a public space in the facility and unable to maintain a six-foot social distance

Cleaning Protocols

• Following CDC guidelines and state mandates
• Continuous disinfection schedule for the center
• Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures
• Wipes, microfiber cloths, and sanitizer spray are conveniently located throughout the center to clean the equipment after use
