Our Aquatic Center

The Aquatic Center at CDPHP® Fitness Connect at the Ciccotti Center in Albany offers a variety of exciting features and aquatic programs including:

A 25-yard, four lane Lap Pool for fitness swimming and aquatic classes
A spectacular Water Park with a leisure pool, 20-ft flume slide, lazy river and fun splash pad
Wet Party Room exclusively for members to host special events and birthday parties
Warm Spa for relaxation
Swimming Lessons for all ages, levels and competitive swimming

Aquatic Center Hours

Activity Pool Hours:
Monday- Friday: 8AM-1PM & 3PM-7PM (Water Features on 4-7PM)
Saturdays: 8AM-1PM (Water Features 11AM-1PM)
Sundays: 8AM-1PM (Water Features 10AM-1PM)
The Spa is open for members’ use
The Lap pool is open for 30-minute reservations
All Reservations can be made over the phone, in person, or using our app

Our Aquatic Center Rules
Certified lifeguards provide safety and supervision for this area. Parents are required to be in the water when their children are under the age of 9. One adult can watch up to four children as appropriate. Children ages 9 through 11 must have a parent watching them from the pool deck if that parent will not be in the water. Children ages 12 and up do not require adult supervision to be in the aquatics center.

Please note that our lifeguards are here for everyone’s safety, but supervision is the responsibility of the parents.
