We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through presentations. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything CDPHP® Fitness ConnectSM at the Ciccotti Center has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.

Enjoy Daily Themes and Activities:

Movement – Monday, April 20

  •  4 – 5 p.m.: Fitness Talk with fitness specialist Zach (built-in assessment included) in F1

Nutrition – Tuesday, April 21

  • 6 – 6:45 p.m.: Nutrition Talk: Understanding Macros and How to Read Food Labels with Jeff in F2
  • 6:45 – 7:30 p.m.: 9 Miles East Presentation: Learn about healthy, ready-to-enjoy meals in F2

Mindfulness – Wednesday, April 22

  • 2 – 3 p.m.: Ways to Manage Daily Life: Talk with fitness specialist Tiffany in F2
  • 3 – 4 p.m.: CDPHP Presentation: Sleep, Stress and Diet Workshop in F2

Connection – Thursday, April 23

  • 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Connecting With the Outdoors and Mind-Muscle Connection: Talk with fitness specialists Nick and Jackie in F2

Prevention – Friday, April 24

  • 12 – 12:45 p.m.: Prevention of Early Aging Through Exercise and MyFitRx® with fitness specialist Julio and wellness navigator Pat in F2
  • 12:45 – 1:30 p.m.: 9 Miles East Presentation: Learn about healthy, ready-to-enjoy meals in F2
