Living with Parkinson’s can be challenging, but at CDPHP® Fitness ConnectSM at the Ciccotti Center, we believe in fostering joy and movement for everyone. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that Dance for Parkinson’s is now free to all participants!
More than just a fun activity.
Dance for Parkinson’s Disease offers people with Parkinson’s the benefits of research-backed dance through in-person classes. Classes utilize specific movements and rhythms proven to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and mood in individuals with Parkinson’s. Our certified instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment where participants can express themselves freely, connect with others, and experience the transformative power of dance.
The only requirement is to check in at the Member Service desk.

TIME: 1:30-2:30pm
