We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at CDPHP® Fitness ConnectSM at the Ciccotti Center.
Here’s what you can expect:
Event Highlights:
- 12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.: Facility tours
- 10 a.m., 1:45 p.m., 5:15 p.m.: Informative MyFitRx Talks and Assessment Demos
- 1:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.: MyFitRx Q&A in the lobby
Classes and Workshops:
- 11 a.m.: Macro-Nutrition Presentation, Q&A, and guest pass raffle
- 12:30 p.m.: “Treat Your Own Neck and Back Pain” Presentation by Dr. Ashley Bertorelli, PT, DPT
- 2:30 p.m.: Sleep, Recovery and Mobility Presentation, Q&A, and guest pass raffle
- 4:30 p.m.: “Reclaiming Your Mental Health” Presentation by Dr. Vera Imperiale, PMHNP, PhD
Additional Activities:
- Attend the 1:15 p.m. MyFitRx Q&A in the lobby to be entered to win two thirty-minute personal training sessions
Ready to conquer your health challenges? Join MyFitRx and receive personalized support for chronic conditions and increased physical activity. Begin any pathway for just $74 this March. This program is open to current members and the community!
Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments, and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
