We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at CDPHP® Fitness Connect^SM at the Ciccotti Center.

Here’s what you can expect:

Event Highlights:

• Facility and medical integration specific tours
• MyFitRx information table
• BodyScript™ demos
• Complimentary blood pressure screenings
• Tech Booth showcasing the latest fitness technologies
• Drawings for exciting prizes

Classes and Workshops:

• 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Assessment Booth
• 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Intro to Fitness Floor machines with a fitness specialist
• 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Information booth and Q&A with Sophie
• 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. – Flexibility and Mobility Workshop
• 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Information Booth with Diabetes Educator Cori Rowe

Additional Activities:

• Fun Fitness Challenges – Plank Challenge!
• All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a FREE MyFitRx program, one month off membership dues, and an item from the FitShop.
• Enjoy light snacks and beverages to keep you refreshed.
