An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely

A great combo class to double the benefits of indoor biking training. This class incorporates a cardio workout with a 40 min ride followed by a strength portion off the bike for core/upper body using weight training. Included in the 60 min. class is a cool-down and stretch. Beginner to Advanced
