An event every week that begins at 5:50 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Whether you’re relatively new to indoor cycling or a veteran rider, this is the class for you! It begins with a 10-minute intro and bike set-up for new riders and is followed by a 40+ min ride that builds muscular endurance and strengthens the cardiovascular system. The class ends with a cool-down and stretch on/off the bike. Beginner to Advanced
