A 45-minute class that blends yoga, ballet, and Pilates. This low-impact workout is designed to challenge your lower body strength and provide a great upper body workout using light weights. The class concludes with floor work and core exercises. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels.
Drawing on multiple yoga traditions, we practice warming stretches, conscious breathing, and formal yoga postures including longer posture holds and intermediate poses. Practice meditation and/or relaxation with moderate Sun Salutations. Intermediate to Advanced
