We are excited to highlight one of our amazing fitness specialists, David C.! David has been a fitness specialist at the center since 2018 and always brings a positive and motivating attitude to every session and group exercise class.
Members who work with David love his professionalism and sense of humor, which make working with him more fun than work. He holds different certifications, including TRX®, one of his favorites. David’s passion for fitness and personal training shows in every one of his classes and sessions.
“I love to interact with people and help them achieve their fitness goals,” David says. “One way to do it is through the classes that I teach, where I demonstrate what good form looks like and explain why it’s important to pay attention to that. I like walking around and correcting postures while I cheer on participants. I like exploring different exercises and modifying them according to the people that attend my classes.”
David’s philosophy: “The human body is amazing and capable of so much. I like to tell people that if they put in the work, they will see results. Consistency is the key.”
