An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This class will enhance both mobility and strength that will aid in your daily living and real world situations. Using large muscle groups working together all across the body.
Six of the major movements of the body will be addressed. This will include push, pull, knee dominant, hip dominant, carry, and rotational movements. In this class you can expect to perform body weight movements with a mixture of some light free weights and resistance bands as well.
This class will be beneficial for people on all levels of fitness. For those that are looking to make the activities of their daily life easier, this is the class for you!
