CDPHP® Fitness Connect^SM at the Ciccotti Center can provide the facilities, classes, training, and programs you need to start an active lifestyle.

Making connections in your community – Open House event details.

• Time Square Catering Food Truck – Grab something delicious from the onsite food truck.
• Free Ice Cream provided by Stewarts Shops – Cool down with a variety of ice cream flavors everyone will enjoy.
• Balloon making provided by Victor the Clown – Pick an inflatable creation and watch Victor the Clown twist balloons of different sizes and colors.
• Face painting provided by Bumble Dee Face Painting – Try colorful and unique designs at our face painting station.
• Family Games and activities – Play popular summer games that will challenge and delight the whole family.

Attention all current members! You are personally invited to bring your friends to this exciting event. As a current member, when you refer friends who start a new membership on August 10, you’ll receive a $50 center gift card! Remember, it’s necessary that the new member has an active membership for 90 days to receive your gift card. Certain restrictions may apply; see center for details.

Here are three reasons to work out with friends according to the Centers for Disease Control:

Feel more motivated. Keep your motivation and intention to work harder with encouragement from friends. Plus, there’s nothing wrong with a little friendly competition.

Be more adventurous. Friends can encourage you to try something new. Whether it’s a new group exercise class or exercise technique, it’s easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love.

Be more consistent. You won’t let your friends down when you commit to work out together. Friends help you to stay accountable to your workout goals and consistent with your workout routine.
