An Interactive 7-week series
This series includes short lectures, mudras (hand gestures), mantras (affirmation chanting), asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation to clear the energetic pathways for total body wellness. You will learn about the seven chakras, their associated colors, elements, and meanings. The series will be taught by Amrit, a certified yoga therapist with over 800 hours of experience. Amrit is passionate about helping people heal and transform through yoga and the chakras. He has been studying the chakras for many years and is passionate about helping others learn about them. He knows that the chakras are a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing and he is eager to share his knowledge with you.

It can also provide a way of understanding physical, emotional, and energetic blockages that may be occurring within our body. When the chakras are balanced, we experience a sense of well-being. However, when the chakras are blocked, we may experience physical or emotional imbalances.
